What is returnable?

If you are not satisfied with your footwear for any reason, you have 14 days from dispatch in which to return the item/s to us for an exchange or refund.

The item must be both unworn and undamaged and returned in the original packaging.

REFUNDS

We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days of receiving the item. Please be aware that this may take slightly longer during busy periods.

We will send you an email confirming that the refund has been processed.

Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer.

CANCELLATIONS

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days and receive a full refund for the order and the original postage charges. This does not apply to bespoke footwear orders. 

Cancellations must be made in writing and can be emailed to  orders@newmanandregent.com with your order number 

For 'made to order' orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please contact us at orders@newmanandregent.com as soon as possible after placing the order.

You are responsible for the delivery costs to return the item back to us.
